- Infant: under 3 years old, Free of charge.
- Child: 3 - 11 years old.
- Adult: above 11 years old.
Important Information
- Not permitted to leave any bags or luggage at Madame Tussauds. Bags brought into the attraction should not be any larger than 55cmx40cmx20cm.
- Eating and drinking are not permitted at Madame Tussauds.
- Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to enter Madame Tussauds Bangkok without adult supervision. Those children under 15 years old must be accompanied by their parents and/or adults who are over 18 years old.

- Before confirming, please ensure that the Date and Time of travel are correct.
- Specify the Date / Time of travel and Number of the person (Adult, Child, and Infant)
- Specify the Name / Email address / Phone number / Messaging apps of travelers.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellation must be made at least 2 days before the travel date, and the service charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Use
- Please present either a printed or an electronic voucher to redeem the physical ticket at the counter.
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified.
